Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the betlabel platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything set out below. Please review them carefully before using betlabel services.
One Account Per Player
Each betlabel player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.
SSL-Secured Transactions
All deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer are processed over 256-bit SSL-encrypted connections. betlabel never stores raw payment credentials.
Bonus Wagering Requirements

Section 1
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and betlabel ("betlabel", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the betlabel website, mobile application, or progressive web application (PWA), you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using betlabel and must not create or attempt to create a betlabel account. Continued use of the platform after any published revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms apply to all services offered through betlabel, including but not limited to: online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, crash games, colour games, promotional offers, and customer support interactions. Where additional rules apply to specific products or promotions, those additional rules are supplementary to these Terms and are to be read alongside them.

Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
To register and use betlabel, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age. betlabel does not permit use by any person under the age of 18, without exception.
- You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a legal entity, corporation, or group.
- You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or director of betlabel or any of its affiliated entities.
- You are not acting on behalf of another person, syndicate, or organisation for the purposes of circumventing these Terms.
- You are accessing betlabel voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from betlabel or had an account closed for terms violations.
betlabel reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Acceptable age verification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Where age cannot be satisfactorily verified, betlabel will suspend the account pending verification and will not release any funds held in that account until verification is complete.
Any player found to be under the age of 18 will have their account permanently closed. All deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the original payment source where technically possible. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be voided and forfeited in full.
Section 3
Account Registration
To access the full range of betlabel services, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. betlabel relies on the information you provide to verify your identity, process payments, and communicate with you about your account.
You agree to provide the following information truthfully during registration and to keep it current at all times:
- Your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued identification document
- A valid email address to which you have sole access
- Your date of birth
- Your residential address in Bangladesh
- Your mobile number registered with a Bangladeshi network (used for bKash, Nagad, or Rocket transactions)
Each player may hold only one active betlabel account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, betlabel will close the duplicate account(s), void any associated bonuses, and may close the original account at its sole discretion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betlabel login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. betlabel will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify betlabel support immediately.
betlabel reserves the right to carry out enhanced Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage, including but not limited to at the point of first withdrawal, when a significant deposit threshold is reached, or when unusual account activity is detected. Required KYC documents typically include a copy of your National Identity Card (NID) and a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address.

Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
betlabel accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances, game stakes, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in BDT. betlabel does not accept foreign currencies directly; any foreign currency transaction attempted through a payment provider will be converted at the prevailing rate applied by the relevant payment provider, and betlabel accepts no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees imposed by third-party providers.
The following payment methods are currently accepted on betlabel:
- Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — minimum deposit ৳200, minimum withdrawal ৳500
- Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — minimum deposit ৳1,000, minimum withdrawal ৳2,000
Deposits are generally credited to your betlabel account within five minutes of payment confirmation. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 30 minutes, you should contact betlabel support with your transaction reference number for investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes, subject to your account's verification status and the payment method selected:
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket: 10–30 minutes for fully verified accounts during standard operating hours
- Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule
betlabel applies a strict policy that withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the deposited amount. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from fraudulent withdrawal attempts. Winnings exceeding the original deposited amount may be withdrawn via any verified payment method on the player's account.
Transaction Integrity Notice: betlabel does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on its end. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges. betlabel is not responsible for third-party transaction fees. Always check your payment provider's current fee schedule before initiating a withdrawal.
Section 5
Bonus & Promotions Policy
betlabel regularly offers bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and seasonal promotions to eligible registered players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which are to be read in conjunction with these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail for the relevant offer only.
The following general bonus rules apply to all betlabel promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:
- Bonuses are available to players who have completed at least basic email verification on their betlabel account.
- Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.
- Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x, 40x) is stated on the individual promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
- Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as specified per promotion.
- betlabel reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, void bonus funds, and/or close an account where it determines that a player is abusing bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements.
- Bonuses have an expiry period (typically 7–30 days as specified per offer). Unclaimed or unused bonus funds that expire will be removed from the account automatically.
- Welcome bonuses are available exclusively to new betlabel registrations and may only be claimed once per player. Existing players are not eligible for welcome bonus re-claims.
Seasonal Promotions: betlabel runs dedicated bonus campaigns during Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), BPL cricket season, Independence Day (26 March), and Victory Day (16 December). Section 6
Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct
betlabel is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable experience for all players. To protect the integrity of the platform, the following activities are strictly prohibited. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent closure of your betlabel account.
- Fraudulent activity: Use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; identity theft; impersonation of another person; providing false KYC documentation.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, sports bet, or poker-style game offered on betlabel.
- Automated play: Use of bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with betlabel games or the betlabel platform without prior written consent.
- Arbitrage betting: Placing bets across multiple accounts or platforms in a coordinated manner designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, exploiting pricing errors or promotional terms.
- Money laundering: Using betlabel for the purpose of laundering, concealing, or disguising the proceeds of any criminal activity. betlabel reports suspicious financial activity to the appropriate authorities.
- Exploitation of technical errors: Deliberately taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, display glitches, or any technical malfunction on the betlabel platform. Any winnings resulting from an exploit are considered void.
- Underage gambling: Attempting to access or use betlabel services if you are under the age of 18, or facilitating access by an underage person.
- Account sharing: Allowing any third party to access or operate your betlabel account, regardless of whether that third party is a family member, friend, or associate.
betlabel employs automated monitoring systems and a dedicated compliance team to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, betlabel may freeze the affected account pending investigation without prior notice. During any such investigation, the player will be notified via their registered email address and given a reasonable opportunity to respond to the findings before a final determination is made.
Section 7
Account Closure & Suspension
Players may request voluntary closure of their betlabel account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon receipt of a verified closure request, betlabel will process any pending eligible withdrawals of real-money funds (i.e., funds not subject to active wagering requirements) to the player's registered payment method before closing the account. Any bonus funds or wagering-restricted winnings at the time of closure will be forfeited.
betlabel may suspend or permanently close a player's account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe
- Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 6
- Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity
- A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the player under betlabel's Responsible Gaming programme
- A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure
- Extended account inactivity (defined as 12 consecutive months with no login or transaction activity)
Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, betlabel reserves the right to withhold all balances pending a full investigation. If the investigation concludes that a violation occurred, the withheld balance may be forfeited in full. If the investigation finds no violation, the verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
Players who have been self-excluded from betlabel under the Responsible Gaming programme and who subsequently attempt to re-register or circumvent the exclusion will have any new accounts immediately closed and any deposits returned. Section 8
Limitation of Liability
betlabel provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While betlabel makes reasonable efforts to ensure that its services are available continuously and free from defects, betlabel does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occasionally affect availability, and betlabel will endeavour to provide advance notice where planned downtime is anticipated.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betlabel shall not be liable for any of the following:
- Losses arising from a player's gambling activity, including but not limited to losses on casino games, sports bets, crash games, or any other betlabel product
- Interruption of service, including technical failures, server outages, payment gateway downtime, or third-party infrastructure issues beyond betlabel's reasonable control
- Loss of data resulting from device failure, browser incompatibility, or connectivity issues on the player's end
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any kind, even if betlabel has been advised of the possibility of such losses
- Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game software studios, or data service providers
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits betlabel's liability for death or personal injury caused by betlabel's gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of betlabel shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of consumer fairness applicable in Bangladesh. betlabel and the player agree to attempt to resolve any disputes amicably through betlabel's customer support process before resorting to any formal legal proceedings.
